The core application
The CORE Application is the part of the MOSAICO Suite that allows teams to analyze plant KPIs. Through embedded analytical skills, it helps increase plant availability by preventing unplanned downtime, optimize the fuel and energy required by the combustion process, analyze plant inlet and outlet data to improve process quality, and minimize electrical consumption to maximize efficiency.
Live data and events
MI-LIVE is a #iDO skill and part of the MOSAICO workforce that visualizes plant data. It gives plant teams a complete, exhaustive and interactive window into process data directly on mobile devices, showing trends for process data, alarms and events organized by occurrence, category, plant area, priority and time.
Equipment information
MI-TAG is a #iDO skill and part of the MOSAICO workforce that delivers technical specifications and real-time information for QR-coded equipment in the field. It turns vast amounts of raw data into simple, actionable knowledge, using current and proven mobile technologies to empower workers according to their role and location in real time. Operators no longer need to watch screens while sitting in a control room: the right operator can receive the right information and instructions at the right time and place, directly on their own device.
Reporting system
MI-REPORT is a #iDO skill and part of the MOSAICO workforce that integrates a reporting system for collecting information from assets. Reports can be generated automatically or manually and then distributed so they can be consulted, printed and analyzed. They deliver production and performance information about the process, data analytics insights for each app integrated into the platform and summaries of the top events that occurred during the selected period. Information is displayed through infographics, tables, bars, pies and charts, giving an immediate view of process efficiency.
Mobile feedback
MI-ADD is a #iDO skill and part of the MOSAICO workforce that makes experience management simple. Embedded in the MOSAICO Suite, it works as a mobile feedback terminal that allows users and followers to report information related to the work environment or asset performance, making it easier to understand and improve the working experience in offices, workshops or production sites. It helps teams understand workforce feedback in real time, address hygiene or supply issues as they arise, identify hotspots for more efficient facility deployment, measure satisfaction with food quality and service levels in restaurants and cafes, and ensure front-of-house teams make a positive first impression.
